The Introduction.
A Specialist Heat pump Solution was installed and the board decided to lease the system rather than purchase it outright, as they would have no capital costs or maintenance worries for the next 20 years so it was the perfect solution.
The Figures.
Total savings in the first year will earn / save £23,000. Each year there after the Heat pump system will earn / save £5,000 and provide an inflation adjusted saving on the leased system of £118,000.
The Conclusion.
The project was completed with no business disruption in 4 weeks and now the pool, spa, air heating, radiators and DHW all run 100% via the Heat pump system removing over £35,000 a year in LPG and maintenance costs, and earning the site over £12,000 per year in index linked 20 year RHI tariffs.
