We are thrilled to announce that we have signed up our first client to our new managed Services plan as gold members. This is our highest level of service and the one we believe is the balance of the best level of technical support and maintenance matched to value for money.
This client will benefit from worry-free maintenance on the 200kW Combined Heat and Power (CHP) unit installed by Calibrate. This includes service parts, consumables and labour, condition and advanced system reporting, remote system monitoring, diagnostics and responsive fault finding as well as our enhanced system analytics optimisation services.
Jack Smales, commercial director at Calibrate explains the change in direction:
“Calibrate has always offered maintenance plans but as part of our strategy we have reviewed service levels and developed a robust three-tier selection of bronze, silver and gold options. This is to ensure that there are different levels of cover that better suit our diverse and growing client base. We appreciate that this offering is not one-size fits all and believe this gives our clients greater choice of cover for ultimate peace of mind.”
Designed with flexibility and dynamic response front and foremost, these packages range from a reliable and simple service and call out regime through to full remote monitoring and optimisation, to maximise our customers’ return on investment. Pricing is specific to each system and brand to ensure competitiveness.
Jack adds: “Although this is a new way to manage our technical support services, the lynchpin of our service will remain our innovative monitoring, diagnostics and optimisation; enabled by Calibrate’s state-of-the-art analytics solution. This continues to be available as part of our silver and gold level cover with gold also providing active-systems optimisation.
“Whichever service level is right for your business, we will continue to provide dynamic and intelligent maintenance by our team of engineering experts to minimise downtime and cost, thus maximising returns and value.”
